seminar Purpose of The KANO Seminar Class (KSC)

To provide societies with persons of talent who will be the bridges between Japan and Thailand or other nations.

Goals of KSC

The primary goals of the KSC are to provide students with:

(1) a deeper understanding of Thai and Southeast Asia;

(2) a basic understanding of methods of researching Thai and other nations;

(3) a completion of a thesis concerning Thai or other nations;

(4) a will and an ability to improve surrounding people’s understanding of Thai and Southeast Asia; and

(5) a will and an ability to be a bridge between Japan and Thailand or other nations.
